New Everton Stadium

Make this of what you will, probably get moaned at and might not be news to anyone but just thought I'd pass on the info nevertheless. My uncle who's a taxi driver text me earlier, word for word it said ...

Picked an architect up Tuesday morning 7:30. Took him to Walton Hall Park. His company built the Olympic stadium. He was meeting Kenwright in London 5oclock. He reckoned 50000 capacity and better than the Emirates. He said the park is really big

Hope it is true and we can start to be more positive about getting a new stadium.

I hope the design is closer to the Kings Dock design than Destination Kirkby, if we have a stadium with a retractable roof and pitch we can use it for more non matchday stuff.

.....interesting, I've no doubting the story and thanks for passing on. Only detail is looking around WHP at 07.30 seems a bit early but perhaps it's before the public arrive.

With all due respect to you and the original poster of this story, but you have no doubts whatsoever that the architect of a major company that built the Olympic Stadium would divulge appointment times with BK and would make a comment about how great Everton's stadium would be compared to Arsenal's?
No doubts?

.....no, I have no doubt that the poster is passing on the story he heard. I dare say some come on here and provide false information but it's a sad reflection on those who do.
