Company is called Structural Soils and they are determining what’s the best materials to fill the dock in with

FIlling in Devonshire Dock was done in Barrow In Furness in mid 80's to construct the Devonshire Dock Hall sub building complex. Used 2.4m tonnes of sands pumped in.
