I guess they could do it as an inspection to check the floor as part of the preparations but I doubt they would be draining anything permanently until they get planning.

Was down there the other day , dock road is closed from Costco upwards.
Road works and cones all barriered off.

Spurs ground looks boss really looking forward to going there.

Really hope we do the club justice and build something that wows fans. No point with a nice/unique exterior if its just going to look like a larger version of the King Power inside.

Spurs’ stadium is opening today with a capacity of over 62,000. Our plan to open a new stadium at 52,000 is pathetic. We simply have to re-think this.

Build for what we want to be, not for what we currently are.

Totally agree. Personally, I think the Spurs ground looks weird from outside, but we play and watch football inside.

They would have to stop water from entering the dock first by building a cofferdam wouldn't they?

Is it rail seating?
Everyone is clearly leaning against bars behind the goal.

Edit, not sure if they're leaning against anything but it looks like organized, sanctioned standing

It's a fully functional safe-standing section with hand rails etc. It just can't be called 'safe-standing' until the law changes.
