100% it does. Add up the cost of buying the club and what he's spent on the debt / transfer funds/ BMD lease he'll never get that money back selling us stuck at GP.
BMD is essential for the clubs future - we are not attractive at GP and if this wasn't a goer no way does he further shackle himself to the club.
This was always going ahead as too many people not just at the club will make money from this and the wider Peel developments.
