Until they go through these hoops you can't say for sure how much it will cost. It will be the builder when found that will do that. I don't know about you but I wouldn't be going around saying I have x amount put aside for this project as you can bet the builder will charge the higher amount.
Not like they said the next announcement will be sometime in the new year. In 6 weeks we will see what it should look like. Within 6 months we should see a PP application. Just a tiny bit more patience required.
