Was there any actual statement made about how the capacity can be altered/built upon to get the extra 10,000 or was it just do with an imaginary extra safe standing quota?

Overall it looks alright, not world class but a good solid stadium. Great location. The main problem I have is the capacity. Surely, at the very minimum, we go higher than the pit across the park?

I like both the brick base and the modern top for the stands but I am not keen on the combination of the Victorian and modern. Still, a new stadium ... not to be sniffed at! (Also, I am not mobile enough to get there, so if those who can go are happy, then fine.)
