Decent sources have rubbished the rumours about the dock, but we live in an era when baseless rumours take over. I'd suggest it's not the bottom of the dock that's a sticking point but the bottom of the table. While we languish near the bottom it might be difficult to persuade those we need to provide the finance. Add in the uncertaintly surrounding the whole brexit fiasco and you can see why things are taking time.
I have no doubt it will happen though, we just need to be patient and have some faith.

We listened to Frangs request to remove all the exits so there was just a few and this increased the capacity to 500000
