Drink around the ground. It may be an outdated thought now, but I'm sure I remember Elstone talking about having local suppliers all around the stadium, from pop up bars, to food etc. All designed to keep people close, but benefit the local economy

I think it is Chinese whispers, they have mixed up the site with the executive box entrance.

Thing is, they cannot try and rip the supporters off too much because, they will just have a pint in town and then jump a cab at twenty to three. I expect the prices to be reasonably competitive. Nobody will be forced to drink there, of course.

It definitely fits in

There isn't a lot of space either end, you actually walk under the stadium to go from the road to the river side. So extending the ends in future might be difficult or impossible.

Johnny could you measure the width of the site for us and then get an average width of other Premier league club sites mate, just so as we can compare. Thanks in advance.
