Its unreal isn't it.
You could have had your footprints in the foundations of our new stadiumOh great, made a great decision leaving Laing O’Rourke 9 months ago
I’d do exactly the sameIt's similar to what Brighton do at Falmer station - which is grim when you've lost and it's lashing it down.
Having said that, although there's currently a crush to get on the first post match train at Kirkdale, it's nowhere near as bad as it is by the Amex, which is partly because the Amex is in the middle of nowhere, so it's either use the train or the park and ride.
Getting away from BMD for lots of people won't be much worse than it currently is for getting away from Goodison. On any half decent day I'd just walk into town and grab something to eat before pushing off home.
Presume this appointment of contractor pretty much negates any concerns over how it's being financed?
It's in the Heritage pdf. In there it states 52,888.
Brexit will mean it’ll never be built due to a lack of foren builders
@Paris liked thisChanging room for cisgender, pansexuals, trans etc.
Other companies involved in the scheme included Sir Robert McAlpine but the Emirates Stadium builder dropped out of the race because of worries over ground conditions at the waterfront site.
Wonder what that was?

52,888 is referenced throughout. A couple of the docs has the following breakdown:
Supporter profile and stadium seating
5.3.2 For a typical match at the stadium, capacity is set at 52,888. It should be noted that this includes
all people who will be seated within the stadium on match days: accordingly, it includes all
‘revenue’ seats i.e. paying supporters and ‘non-revenue seats’ such as team benches, officials
and media. A breakdown is provided below:
● Standard home seats: 43,880
● Premium seating: 5,782 (including boxes and hospitality).
● Away seats: 2,968
● Non-Revenue seats: directors, teams, officials press & media: 258
● Total 52,888
Not exactly a kitchen extension on the back of a cigarette packet is itI know it’s obvious to say like, but the amount of technical expertise and research that has gone into that application is incredible. I’ve only glanced at some of the Docs (and there’s more dropping on) but the detail and scale of the project is mind-boggling.
