It's 5% i think that has to be offered, so from 53k you're looking at around 2.8k away fans, with reductions the club can enforce via 'safety requirements'.

it's about right. Obviously FA Cup games will become 5+k away fans.

How do they know that tbh. It must be guesswork. All you can do as a blue in the city is make sure your kids are blues. I have done that with my 3 lads. Most youngsters in the city who don't really have anyone in the city interested in football will go to the dark side because they are successfull.
I worked at a station of 12. 3 blues 8 reds 1 no interest. 2 blues went the match. 1 Red went the match. The 7 other reds had their liverpool mugs but most had never been to Anfield. That's how it works in the city.

That's exactly how I see it, my kids are blues, I go the match and have done since a kid and when I go I'm meeting uncles and cousins, in work there's probably just a few more reds but off the top of my head there is about 8 blues that go the match and only 2 match going reds

I enjoyed looking through that last night.

5.3 is a fantasy design that would look terrible very quickly.

5.4 is flatpack generic, with a ridiculous truss to try and not look flatpack generic.

5.5 you can see the genesis of the BMD design.

Premier League games is the lower of 10% of total stadium capacity, or 3,000, so any stadium over 30,000 has to offer 3,000 away allocation.

FA Cup games is 15% of stadium capacity to away allocation.

Will the away changing room be a cramped and cold room with no warm water and only sporadic electricity? Hope so. Hope it's not like one of those modern changing rooms where they are able to relax in luxury while preparing for the game.

No changes at all with public transport which disappoints me. For yourself just get off a stop later at Sandhills.
 
Just had a look at the docs on the council website. Pretty mind blowing tbh. Were do you start with that. Kudos to the people going through it . I though the planning app for my 3x3m conservatory was a pain. The planning that has gone into this application is incredible. Well done to the team at Everton
