What’s the thoughts around this upcoming stadium announcement next week by Colin Chong, good or bad news?

DBB says there has been understandable delays, mostly due to third parties, but she doesn’t expect it to have a material impact on our long-term aims.

Good I think. I genuinely can't see a single blocker to it being built.

The use of ‘not material’ delays emerging is telegraphing we will see a slight adjustment in previous stated project milestones. The overall delivery date may remain the same but expect a series of the earlier dates to be pushed back a few months.
Likely there was some time padding built into the original timeline to allow for this type of contingency anyway. So, at this point, not likely to be something to get too worked up about.

I can’t either. We’ve had plenty of opportunity to announce that the project has been out on a hiatus over the past 5 months whilst the world sorts itself out but we seem to be pressing ahead as best as we can.
