That's if you're strolling along at an an amble. You can easily do two miles in half an hour at a good pace, and Lime Street to Bramley Moore is 1.7(ish) miles.

What I was told (and I very rarely get inside info but this was to do with work ) they definitely toyed with the idea, but were put off by the one Springfield had and its poor build/cost.
