I want it built . . . . . . . tomorrow.OK, hypothetical question: would you prefer to get building what you've got pp for right away, or wait for another couple of years if it meant a stadium with a capacity of 60k+?

'The jewel in Peel’s cut-price crown is intended to be Everton’s new stadium, sadly of much the same quality, conceived as a great silver slug marooned on top of a vaguely warehousey brick box – a strained “contextual” nod to its surroundings.'

Livrpool City Council ZARE a scab council controlled by the Tories; the stadium design of chrome, glass and brickwork IS a hotchpotch.
The seagulls will keep the window cleaners busy.Still hate the prominence of the glass design on the stadium.
Don't know the first thing about the practicality but something with more brickwork like the Indianapolis Colts stadium would have been perfect for me.
