Ha. It’s not nailed on yet. Looking at a place in the Albert Dock too (which is probably the better office tbf, but doesn’t have the added benefit of the view)

The CPS had offices in there for years and they were great. Everton seem very happy in there too, so hopefully they do decide to move in.
