Probably why it was so short lived! On a side note, whoever designed that logo needs shooting.

They’re loaded too.
Yep with some water swishing.
That would have made a pretty cool roof line for the stadium and it’s wave like. Me is missed a trick there ?Now I only seen it very briefly, but, is it just me or was the logo VERY similar to this?
Perhaps The "Metalloinvest" Everton Stadium aka - Bramley Moore.

Looks like a tampon.
Aesthetically, I think the orientation of the ground being North South is better. Imagining ships coming in down the mersey, I think seeing the main stand rather than 1 of the end stands is a better look from a visual POV.The new Wembley wasn't, and BMD wouldn't have been if we had won the commonwealth games bid.

I still would've preferred it to be a 3 tier mainstand though, which would've looked even move imposing and far more impressive. Im still disappointed that the ground has 1 continuous max level. I also don't like the lack overhang, whether it be all the way round or even just 1 side. And the break halfway up the single tier home end is disappointing too.
I'm hoping seeing the finished stadium will sway my opinion back and impress me much more than I'm expecting, but the nagging little doubts remain.
Perhaps I'm just too picky.
