Any danger that we’ll inherit the nickname ‘the apples’ playing at Bramley Moore? If/when we become an American-owned franchise, I reckon our new name will be the Everton Toffee Apples.

We'll still be run by the same morons regardless of where the club is based. Goodison Park or a new swanky stadium at the docks, it makes no difference. We're run by idiots and we can never rebuild or go forward while they're associated with us.

The new stadium will just be a white elephant. Yeah I'm sure it'll be amazing having a flash world class stadium at the docks while hosting Peterborough in the championship!

There used to be a shop on Muirhead Avenue which sold dustbins, mops, brushes, binbags, washing up liquid, dishcloths, brillo pads etc and for some reason had one shelf worth of trainers which were Dunlop and Nicks.

I can just imagine little macca in that shop eyeing up the new box fresh Dunlops.
