Thanks so much Tommy, I try to get as much in as possible, I know some of my videos are 16-18 minutes long but I do try to cover as much as I can before the battery dies on the drone ??Definitely my favourite out of all the lads who put the hard yards in doing these.
Most seem to be a quick fly round and a bit of chat where as you take your time, allowing us to take a good look at everything that's going on, rather than just a fleeting glimpse.

I think the base of this has concrete buttress/encasements that are probably 8' tall; they look small in the pictures/renders as the stand is big. I think you'd have to be 20' tall for it to be an issueLooking at the club's latest video, I notice there is an incredible amount of steel beams at the ground level in the south stand. They seem to be at all angles. Does anybody know how that works? Looks as if movement would be difficult. Some seem to hit ground level diagonally. Looks to me as if it would be pretty easy to bang your head.
Can anyone enlighten me, please?
A lot of the current white cross braces you see are temporary supports which will be removed at some point.Looking at the club's latest video, I notice there is an incredible amount of steel beams at the ground level in the south stand. The south stand will need the lower section frame work (down to ground level) to be in place before those cross braces can be removed. The bracing is providing structural rigidity in the meantime.Looking at the club's latest video, I notice there is an incredible amount of steel beams at the ground level in the south stand. Not sure if somebody has answered this already, but anyway. LoR are current owners of the site, and will remain that way until full formal handover to the Client (Everton). That means that they will be in attendance as a management team until the very last people leave site and may even remain in attendance for a short time afterwards to ensure continuity in operation and use.Might seem like a mad question, but how much of the build timescale are LOR there for? What I mean is, will they be doing everything up to fitting the last bulb, or will there become a point down the line when their job is done but there's still, say, 6 months of work to be done?
