I've been thinking for a while this could be Moshiri's way out. He sells the club but pays for the new stadium himself and rents to us for 99 years or similar. He gets to make money, we get a new stadium but we don't get the financial lift we would do if we owned it. Is there anything from stopping him from doing that? He'll have us over a barrell once GP has been demolished, that's for sure. Assuming he's still here.
