They're not ahead of schedule according to that. Beginning of June shows East stand barrel roof partly installed along with half the cantilever sections on the West stand.

There's also all the steelwork in place for the lower section of the North stand.

I'd take that with a pinch of salt anyway as we've no idea how things are progressing internally. That's where there could be significant delays.

The stadium isn't going to be ready for occupation come August 2024, that much is certain.

Is that beginning of June or end from the plans and steel shown isn’t the lowest part that which you can see is already covered with concrete terrace.
Agree with internals but not sure either way I remain optimistic

These things are planned to the very detail of every nut and bolt literally, I know because I work in this industry.

There is already lots going on internally in all the stands from power, electricity, fire control systems, CCTV and catering that has started and is happening in parallel to the building externally.

They are saying it’s ahead of schedule so who knows but I can’t see it ready for August 2024 perhaps a move in the middle of the season would be more realistic.

Gana might actually be back here for the first game. Shows how long this has been going on, you forget it was under consultation and planning for years.

They're not trying to get it ready for August 2024 though - that's not the timetable.

The official stadium media team have just released a vid with the first section of cantilevered roof going in on the west stand.
It's great to be able to watch this again without all the crap of following everton.
