I drove along the docks last night, one thing I was thinking, I have seen it mentioned on this thread a few times about the sewage works? Now if Peel don't want a stadium there what exactly do they want? As im sure if it is to build apartments down there it will be much harder to sell them next to a sewage works then it is to fill out a football stadium. Really cant see them works being relevant at all to Everton going there or not.
