New Everton Stadium

I was in the 10k banding... my email said I was close but not quite lol but then I only have 3 qualifying memberships...

here is what it said:

We have today confirmed the on-sale dates for Season Tickets for the 2025/26 campaign - the first at our new home.

As you will be aware, the demand for Season Tickets at Everton Stadium is incredibly high, with the current waiting list exceeding 30,000 Evertonians.

We wanted to let you know that, while you are getting closer, you are not guaranteed to become eligible to buy a Season Ticket for 2025/26 at this time.

All supporters in Tier 1 of the waiting list who have held five or more Official Memberships since the waiting list was introduced in 2018/19 will be invited to purchase a Season Ticket between 12 March and 31 March 2025. This is currently the last window of the overall 2025/26 Season Ticket sales period that will begin in January when existing Season Ticket Members are first invited to buy.

Once the 31 March deadline has passed, the Club may be in a position to make a limited number of Season Tickets available to more supporters in Tier 1 of the waiting list. This will depend on factors including the renewal rate of existing Season Ticket Members and uptake from those supporters higher in the waiting list.

If you become eligible to purchase a 2025/26 Season Ticket during this period, we will contact you directly with more information about deadlines and payment options. If not, we will inform you of your updated waiting list band so you can understand your new position in the queue for future campaigns.

Information about how to access tickets on a match-by-match basis and the priority that will be afforded to Official Members will also be shared with you next summer as we build towards Everton Stadium’s opening, helping you be best prepared to see the Blues in action at our new home.

As ever, we thank you for your ongoing loyalty and support.
T for years gave it up thatEverton Football Club
I’d had a ST up until 18/19 but gave it up as I hated Silva. As soon as the window shut I realised it was an error and put my name straight on the WL.
I purposely refused to get the membership as I thought it was a bit of a blackmail job.
Regretting that decision now as it’s cost me a ST.

It wasn’t even a requirement until about 2020 😡

Theres going to be a lot of fans who have 23+ years of eligibility who will be waiting on their kids to become eligible.

For example, only kids who got their Season Ticket at age of 2 or younger can have 19+ yr. If they got it at 2, they’d need to be age 12+ to meet the criteria (10/12x23=19.167), and if they got it at 1 they’d only be eligible if they’re now 6/7.

So we know that 30,000 on the waiting list. We know how many currently have season tickets. We also know how.many the ground will hold. So why cant they tell us how many more tickets are becoming available.

We've oversubscribed season tickets at Goodison. I'm sure as a % we have the most in the league which isn't good.

The new stadium isn't massive and has a lot more corporate.

So I wouldn't have thought there would be many more season tickets.

It'll be interesting to see how they manage it. Selling a lot of season tickets guarantees income, but obviously the likes of Liverpool prefer more individual match day tickets as that generates more money.

Are we capable of shifting around 10,000 tickets per game? Probably to begin with through the novelty of the new stadium. In the long run at the level we find ourselves I wouldn't be convinced.

That is a bit of a blind spot for sure. Also interesting that current season tickets holders have their previous tenures taken into account but members don't.
Exactly mate, I’ve actually got 6 or 7 years season tickets in the early 2000s and one in 1996. I’ve sent an email, what good that does I don’t know

We need to charge what each seat is worth. That requires fine judgement, but in a globalised league we are going to have to actively become a globalised club attracting foreign fans if we want to compete at our traditional historical level.

The alternative is to remain PL cannon fodder.

100% transparency has never been Everton’s strength.

A breakdown of the 52888 in that email would have helped alleviate any questions for people like me who were close to getting one.

View your banding? Not available anymore
Date joined the list? Not available anymore

And it’s definitely not sour grapes over missing out, as always the club leave you with more questions than answers.

I suspect if they were to let people know how close they are they would also have to tell others how far off they are. This might result in 1,000's packing in their memberships.

Yeah, I'm a plastic card holder. Somehow, I think we will have seen the back of them at the new place. Might be difficult to give someone your ticket, short of giving them your phone. We shall see.
So my only option (should I be able to get one of the last remaining seats), should I not be able to attend is resale.
Presumably it's managed by Everton and you'll get the face value back per game if its resold?

If I wanted to "pass" it to a family member every so often, and because it'll be digital, is somehow they downloading to a 'wallet' ? Or do screengrabs of digital tickets work
