Never seen the dock wall look as clean, as on the bottom picture? Always looked dirty and tired (expected given years of wear & tear) but the wall looks as clean as it’s ever done.

That's really interesting, I remember being really disappointed as a 14 year old that the park end wasn't two tiers and joined up to the bullens, especially given some of the stadium development happening at that time

I read somewhere recently that the new park end was built on the basis we were gonna be a championship club by the time it was finished, but not sure if that's true. It was certainly a disastrous decision to build essentially a poxy league one stand when we had all that room to use.

But we've been making smalltime decisions since about 1970 if we're honest, the mid 80's success was achieved 'despite' the board.

Honest question for those who might have a clue, will there be an issue with the sun in the North stand? in terms of view and available seats looks a good option

Depending on kick off times yes you'll need your sunglasses- the New WHL has a similar North South design with the ends and the away fans cop for the full heat of the sun. Not good for paleys like me.

Same, gobsmacked when I heard the number. I just hope they are maintained well by the club over the years. It's gonna be a very special and emotional part of the stadium for many people.

Saw the stadium in person for the first time today. Wasn't blown away tbh, hopefully feel more when I go to the test event. Bloody long walk from town too, don't fancy that with the arl fella every game.
