Can anyone tell us if you have to prepay for the food and drink in the stadium

No, there are lots of tills and card readers that you can use. I think there will be prepaid options where you can have food prepared, but it's not compulsory.

Yeah agreed, as I said my issues go to the person who gave up the tickets, not that Mr Drone accepted them. Which of course you would do. Most of the people around had tickets and if it appeared he was touting them outside, perhaps that could have landed him in hot water. It makes sense to give it to his friend group at that point.

there is no issue with Mr Drone but Everton fans have missed out mate, yeah the issue is with who ever gave them away but I would be equally critical of Everton fans taking seats away from Liverpool fans at a test event
