New Everton Stadium

Steve Rotheram is the antithesis of Joe Anderson. Like him or loath him, Liverpool was developing under Anderson. Since Rotheram has been mayor, it's like everything has ground to a halt and we are regressing to what the city was like pre-capital of culture.

Rotheram's comments about not investing in infrastructure because they weren't sure the stadium would get completed is a joke. Especially when you consider the wider peel waters plans.

He has done absolutely nothing for this city and has sat on his ands while we lost a massive investment from Astra Zeneca. Would Andy Burnham have just sat back and done nothing if Manchester faced losing a 450m investment? Not a chance!

The sooner Rotheram is forced out, the better.
It's the biggest failure in local authority planning I can think of locally for decades.

TBF, he's from Kirkby isn't he? He probably thinks that a council building ski slopes that run onto motorways as Knowsley did is the epitome of great planning.

There's plenty of other examples.

Why isn't he working to get some investment after HS2 was scrapped?

Why aren't we pushing wavertree technology park as a potential hub for the government's AI plans?

Unfortunately, Manchester got a Cambridge uni graduate as their mayor. We got a former bricklayer.

All sorted by 10:04am.

Not where i really wanted to sit but hey ho.

Where did you end up? Did you manage to get to the test event? If not, rest assured, there is genuinely not a bad seat. the images simply dont do it justice. The biggest difference in seats, apart from viewing angle, is what's available immediately behind it, and even then you can go where ever you want anyway.

South East Lower corner, Row 19. View is great but REALLY didn't want to stand.

My preference was Club View but my Dad and Brother were on 23+ tenure and went Lower East, Block 13 so that meant i couldn't go anywhere in the Upper Tier. I'd have gone North but lower corner are either Family Enclosure or Away Fans. So that only left me with South Lower Corners 🤷‍♂️

Went to the first test event. We were in the Lower, Row 11 but right behind the goal, so i've got a good idea what the view will be like.

God knows what's left when our little group can get ours on the 12th March, tbh I'm grateful for the chance, thousands of people won't be so lucky.
Looking at what was available to us today, I would suggest mainly North Stand or West Upper towards North Stand and above Away end. Maybe East upper near Away too. Just be conscious for cup games some seats may be taken by away so your moved too,

You would hope that if you select such seat, the system would advise of a displacement?!
