New Everton Stadium

Just got mine and my daughters season tickets, absolutely over the moon as I am a stress head and have been panicking for weeks whether I'd manage to get it sorted, happy to say that it was a really easy process and although high-up in the South Stand I'm very happy with the seats, going to miss the post though in the Lower Bullens that impedes the Park End goal for me at the moment but I suppose that has been a blessing over the last couple of season :D

Farewell to the park end. Absolutely made up with these!

Headline in the Mirror today:

Everton forced to make major change to new £750m stadium after 19,000 complaints

Cba linking it, as it’s a load of baloney, basically it’s about changes to council parking scheme and has absolutely nothing to do with the stadium itself.
Suppose it was only a matter of time before the media started with their fake news again.
You are right Bedders! Absolutely crap article and incorrect headline. The club have not been forced to do anything, the council have though! *Have they downgraded the stadium cost as well - why?

Correct, currently no beer sold in the family enclosure and would expect that to be the same for new stadium.

Thanks. I'm sure it will be the same.

As great as the seats in the FE are, we'd only have a few years before presumably being moved due to age restrictions. Best us choosing elsewhere on the 12th instead of being moved later.

There are some great seats left in the upper sections so not really worried, apart from the chance we may get stuck above or next to the away fans!

Good luck to all those choosing today.

7 days to go for us. COYB.

I know a little bit later, but regarding the 2nd test event, what bright spark decided it would be a good idea to have this on the same day as the Liverpool half marathon?

Event should be done by midday but still going to be busy in town and on transport into early afternoon.

I'm guessing the club will update that criteria before 10am tomorrow otherwise that's a big pool of people (10-20k + possibly) who will all be trying to get a ticket at 10am. System will just launch itself into the mersey
