My Dad and I just managed to get tickets but it took a while as for some reason it kept timing out and wouldn't let us book both tickets together. Eventually were able to book them both separately after an hour of trying (albeit one North Upper and the other South Upper.

I had exactly that as well but fortunately ended up in the same block and row but 6 seats apart. May be able to swap with someone on the day I suppose. Looking forward to it.

Apologies I didn't mean to indicate it was the buyers fault if that's what you thought.

I kind of assumed that the system they used was an actual issue as I heard the same from a mate.

So the stadium cost us £350 million, plus whatever TFG swallowed, plus a hit to Moshiri, plus PSR heartache and a few relegation close-calls…

Maybe that’s a bargain?

As a certain somebody might have put it: "You don't need to pay a billion pounds to get a billion pound stadium..."

I got my ticket for the test event after 2 attempts. The first time it hung on processing transaction after approving the payment and then timed out. No payment was taken so I tried again and it went through, payment taken and confirmation email received.

There's going to be one very happy grandson when he gets back from school

Yeah mate I replied to someone else earlier, seems to be a hit or miss issue with the servers.

Everton should hire @GrandOldTeam to sort it out.

I'm a little frustrated that I was successful in the ballot for the second event but was randomly given a seat and people today have been able to choose blocks, mainly cos I'm keen to sit close to where my season ticket is and am different tiers

Paid for yes, by loans.
I understand they have improved the position by taking out new loans on better terms?

Got my x2 right on 10:00.

Surprised there wasn’t more of a mad rush for them like normal games where that joke queue system is utilised.

Edit: Just picked another up now for the father in law on his membership and there still looks to be loads left.

Got 3 seats in upper north this morning for the test event. Close to where I think my season tickets will be when I choose them next week. It’s as much a test for me as it is for the club, southern toffee travelling up and back same day for the game. 8+ hours to watch the under 21s play
