That's a fascinating piece, really revealing. I'd love to know what they have in mind for Nelson Dock, but the biggest thing for me was the confirmation that Goodison isn't going to be knocked down any time soon, and that the women's team may well be playing there for the next fifteen years.

Unbelievable - this is Everton, but we seem to be getting this absolutely spot-on. And it looks like we might end up with Bramley Moore and Goodison.
