I've just been past the ground then and that reflection in the south stand windows from the dock is jaw dropping. It's glittering and it looks spectacular. I really hope we respect the dock and build around nelson dock because that's special, very special.

You can only beat what's put in front of you. They've won three league at a Canter because they've been the best team in the league over 38 rounds. Its not their fault the other teams haven't been at it. They've been better, full stop. They are currently the standard we aim for, until next year if somebody is better, then that becomes the standard. This ground is hopefully the first step in us making the progress to get us to the position of exceeding the current standard and setting our own.

Said it myself already. If he's honoured almost our, what (how many of those stones are there?) 30 or so greatest player that's astonishingly embarrassing.

Undoubtedly Trevor Steven one of the most underrated players in that great Everton team of the mid 80s. Not by us fans, but the media and Bobby Robson, who had a love in with Chris Waddle.
