You're a blue, thats the only important thing, glad you both had a good time.I appreciate Ive fully outed myself as some kind of wool with this post. NEA. It was fun doing the city as a tourist, genuinely had a good time trudging past Primark with a soggy Gregg's under one arm
Definitely keen to have a pint in the Shoalway at some point
The price only becomes an issue when it's the only choice there is - apart from having f.a. to eat at the game. That's where we are given Everton's insistence on snatching sweets and crisps and nuts off people entering the stadium.
I gave up eating inside the ground after a couple of terrible experiences involving an incinerated sausage roll and a pie that was warm on the outside but just about unfrozen on the inside. If I needed something before KO I started getting a chippy on Goodison road before going in.The price only becomes an issue when it's the only choice there is - apart from having f.a. to eat at the game. Right, the way it was reported initially by the Echo and Athletic (and granted there's some semantics here) led people to believe that the whole thing was being ripped up and it being started again. That's not because they specifically said anything which was technically incorrect, but because they left out some details it led people to think that the pitch had a problem and it was being relaid entirely, which was/is the point I was trying to correct at the time.I’m not misquoting you at all. If anything, it’s you who are misquoting. The echo never said the whole thing was being dug up again to the very foundations, they said the pitch was being taken up again and relaid, which is exactly what is happening.
Agree totally. I wonder if they`ll crack down as hard on lids bringing flares and smoke bombs into the ground. It might make it look like a great sight on the TV but have been caught in the middle of the blue smoke a few times and its not a nice experience trying to catch your breath in the middle of it.You should be able to take a few sweets and stuff in though.
