I'd like to see an Everton themed bar on the site. Think "Hard Rock Cafe" but themed on Everton and our history rather than Rock and Roll. That would be awesome.

Nope. Rights belong to Sky/BT. Games at 3pm can't be broadcast live in UK as per law to protect attendances

If they're on Sky or BT then yes, just like any other pub. Otherwise no, unless Mosh splashes out on a hooky satellite box.

Sky or BT games mate. So they open up the lounges and make some more money off it. Not games that haven't been picked up.

I'm sure by the time the stadium is built, there will be loads of vegetarian tapas cafes around the area.
