On another note, the room they mention, SoundLab, also exists in Manchester and its absolutely remarkable. Its a box in a box construction, so nearly 100% soundproof. If you turn all speakers off and spend to long in there you become quite disorientated and can hear the blood flowing through your own veins. Quite an odd sensation.

Warned ? Didn't he just get stopped and they went through all the data on his drone and picked out 2 flights were he'd breached the regs and prosecuted him on that basis ?

Sorry what do you mean? He'd been spoken to numerous times before, there's no defence for his actions and he deserves everything he gets.

Well maybe you're just not able to comprehend that rules are made.

Nothing petty about it, he broke rules numerous times and lied about what he did.

He even tried to claim @Noggsy blue was breaking rules at the test stadium event which shows his malicious character.

Either you're him or just ignorant to what compliance is.

Still petty, I am not him just love his vids. Not like he is a hardened criminal and hurt people. He has brought us some great vids of the build.

I'm not defending him - he's taken it on the chin.
However you have stated he has had numerous warnings. When were these numerous warnings ? From everything I've seen or read there were NO warnings so you either have access to information not in the public domain OR you are making things up - which is it ?

He was warned by the police as per the the police statement.

You wonder why kids worship YouTubers when you have these grown men watching a video of someone like him and thinking he's the victim here.
