There's a little irony because the Ward family are Reds, they co-founded CW but left to form Tribus who were the RS watch partner until the super league stuff where they pulled the deal
 
Let's have a competition to see who can be the first to prove they've used the phrase "global timing partner" in normal human conversation. Yeesh.
 

Does this "timing partner" see an opportunity to install a "doomsday clock" at Goodison a la Hamburger SV? HSV, proud of their status as ever-present in the Bundesliga, famously installed a clock in their stadium counting up the years, months, and hours they had been in the top flight. It became a massive hubristic figure of fun as they slid into the second division a few years back. It was quietly reset to count the years since their foundation soon after.
