nah mate it’s loads to do with the logo it might be soft but you can’t deny that kids in liverpool and the wirral etc care about what brands they wear that’s why poor maas and daas have skint them selves for years forking out on moncler coats or when i was a kid lacoste trakies or rockport boots haha
Absolutely agree. But none of those things are football shirts. Completely different kettle of fish. Only need to look at the sales numbers - if your theory was right, our Nike kits would be far and away the biggest selling ones we've ever had. They weren't.

I can see lads walking around in Everton tracksuits.

Liverpool sold just as much clobber with Warrior and whoever else.

The Castore lads started in Liverpool and left to go to Manchester because they weren't able to get hold of the space they needed.

Normally I'd say get behind them, support local business and its not their fault they couldn't get the space or support off the LCR. But..... their stuff is pony. Design is awful, quality is worse.

I'm not arsed about what people think of the 'brand' and some of my favourite Everton kits have been Le Coq Sportif and Hummel, but my God, Castore have produced some awful, awful stuff that simply doesn't stand up to the rigour of top level football.
