New manager

Moyes isn’t taking a 6 month contract so it’s absolutely pointless suggesting it, he’d want 18 months minimum.

I’d rather not go back to Moyes, I’d rather us go in a completely different direction but he’s a far better manager/coach than Dyche.

Potter wouldn’t last 5 minutes here either.

Couldn't face.Moyes leading us out at BMD. Would be horrible.

We have a manager - he's the one who's managed us to just 3 losses since the 21st September.

Can you imagine what the reaction would be elsewhere if we got shut of him...and what any incoming manager would feel he had to do to keep the pitchforkers at bay?

Sometimes you have to step back and see the bigger picture.
No way I'm stepping back with that trap door around

Who are they waiting for in the summer if the manager they want isn't available now? Frank? Its a big risk I am not convinced Dyche keeps us up this year.

My guess is PSR is going to be an issue in January and they can’t promise any new manager massive backing this window and their plan has always been to get to the summer and then back a new manager.

Can’t see Frank coming here unless there is a serious project and investment to tempt him. My guess is the names being mentioned aren’t far off. Moyes, Southgate, Potter etc. Far from inspiring. But you never know. Starting to wish we had employed Vitor haha!

The bigger picture is 3 wins out of 18 this season and 8 wins in a calendar year which is absolutely atrocious.

Lowest shots in the league in the calender year.
15 goals scored.
2 home wins.
3 wins all season.
Are you sure he wins enough games to keep us up? I am not.

But the three you mentioned are available now so why wait? Apart from PSR/financial position. Bobble said they are waiting because the manager they want is in a job.

The reaction from elsewhere? Are you serious? The reaction from everywhere is Everton should know their place, deserve to be in the Championship and are about the same size club as Southampton.

Anybody who cares about what other fans think - and who makes decisions based on other fans' opinions - will condemn this club to League One.

Sad to see Evertonians joining in the clammer to peg us as a "small cloob".

Ah did he? Well maybe said person doesn’t want to jump ship mid season to a relegation battle. I read somewhere that TFG like Silva but again not sure how true that is.

Moyes, Potter and Southgate have all said or it has been said about them that they are holding off for the right opportunity. A relegation battle with limited funds might be an issue. I guess we’ll see how it plays out if Dyche doesn’t start getting wins.

Well, we don't need those kinds of managers, then. If somebody looks at us and thinks "nah, too risky", that means they don't back themselves to do better than Dyche in the current situation. And, frankly, that's the only reason to sack Dache - to get someone better in.

I can’t see it being Moyes myself like, think they’ll want to go in a “fresh” direction.

Depends who’s available like & while TFG might be saying they’re sticking with Dyche for now, alot can change in football in short periods of time.

I’d rather not go for Moyes but he’s far better than Dyche & we’re at the point where there’s evertonians celebrating draws so
