Short term high, leaves a mess behind after a couple of seasons and takes a huge payout on the way. No thanks.
Potter to be appointed WH manager and existing one fired today is the word this morning.
Can see Dyche limping through to seasons end at this point.
Is this the man who was in a job that TFG want?
Jose MourinhoNot bothered that West Ham are getting Potter.Would rather we go for a higher profile figure with experience of success.

The French Southgate. They're not waiting 18 months
I think the Potter to West Ham is being driven by their DoF and the media who love the 'ammers' unless they move on the contract terms though, think he'll end up here still. All down to if west hams owners budge on the 4 month and option offer and give him a proper long term contract.
Ashworth being available does add an extra element of uncertainty as well.
Have you not seen our last few shortlists, any high profile manger with experience is clever enough to stay away. Not bothered that West Ham are getting Potter.Would rather we go for a higher profile figure with experience of success.
I can't for the life of me understand why they don't give him say a 3 year deal.
You can have Potter and Ashworth, what you won’t have is Brighton’s massive data machine.I think the Potter to West Ham is being driven by their DoF and the media who love the 'ammers' unless they move on the contract terms though, think he'll end up here still. Reading between the lines.
Brady wants him - husbands a close friend of Potter, DoF wants to make a statement to the owner by getting 'his' choice in - Lopetegui was the owners choice, so seems resistance from the owner about committing to someone he doesn't want.
As I've said all seems very Moshiri/Bill era Everton.
