Jks.Urmm i'll be doing the GYM alot soon enough, i'm looking at joining the RAF, as tbh theres fluff all i wanna do else.
But the answer is sometimes, i do have weights and [Poor language removed] at home, but when i'm knackered i won't bother.

you should start measuring everything before you start going the gym, then keep a diary of measurements, you could sell that data to folk into muscle development.

WOW what a sheltered life you've lived way down there.
Only recently moved from Germany, so i've missed alot of my Home food. Pasties don't exist in Naziland. I've had a year here for College, but the closest thing to a pastie is ... a chicken and mushroom pie. Which i have to say, was FLUFFING amazing !.
