Hi all,
I've been reading the Everton forum for a couple of weeks now (someone put me onto chico's brilliant match previews and I've explored from there) and figured it was about time I joined.
A bit about me then.
I'm a die hard Evertonian - born in Shrewsbury, my dad started supporting Everton as a kid because he loved Joe Royle, so by the time my brother and I came along it was inevitable that we'd be raised blue. The three of us, along with my uncle and cousin, had season tickets in the Park End from when I was five until I was 15 (1995-2005), and would go to away games around the West Midlands whenever possible.
In 2005 disaster struck, as my folks decided to move the family to New Zealand. Don't get me wrong, New Zealand's a great place to live, but it's a long way from Goodison. Having been a student for most of the last few years I haven't been back to the UK since we moved over here, but now that I've graduated and got a job it's top of my agenda to get back over there for a few games soon.
Fortunately, this season I'm able to watch every game (home and away!) online (via premierleaguepass.com), which is much better than previous years when the coverage has been done by Sky.
That's probably enough to be going on with. I can't promise to post very often but just reading the forum is a great way to keep more in touch with the club.
Nice to meet you all, thanks for having me and COYB.
