I've been '''''Bulking''''' for about 2 years now so hopefully lose some timber and get that six pack out for all to see.

Also hopefully some positive steps in battling the old brain, starting with a break in boozing.

*Bulking = lifting while also being a fat arse in general
 

stop my surge into alcoholism, evade the taxman who has just hit me for 9k and then 13k, go to the gym to lose the beef kind of linked to the alcoholism
 
Drink less, exercise more. Do something about the aches and pains.

I see Tesco are now selling "kettle bell" weights of different sizes. They are great for strengthening the knees.

No pain no gain. I'll have a beer afterwards, like. Baby steps.
 

I'm going to try and take more pictures and get them printed.

I think a lot of us now take pictures on phones and they inevitably end up deleted.
