They didn't deserve their inclusion in the ICFC after finishing 10th in the league in 1968 .
Ourselves Arsenal and Spurs all finished above them but did not qualify due to the one team one city rule.
So basically they qualified not on merit but because Newcastle is a one horse town who can only muster one football team.
It's ironic that Newcastle these days will always be associated with punching horses.
 
I can’t stand that bloated oaf True Geordie. His “As a Newcastle fan” schtick whenever he attempts to debate anything football related is tedious.

I don’t see much outrage from him considering their evil new owners? Plus his love for Fat Rafael is weird. Loves him yet hates Steve Bruce. Both are bang average managers.

Way too many draws for the barcodes. Five points from three clean sheets is not a good thing. Only have two extra points of return on those five goals they have over Wolves. Need to start finding a second when they don't keep the opponent off the score sheet, and find a goal when they do.
