Recent results have been good but I feel we’ve had more than a little bit of Lady Luck on our side. Has our ‘luck quota’ been exhausted?
Between two teams who play awful football, I get a feeling Newcastle might get the rub of the green this fixture. It’ll probably be 1-0 to them (via some spawny goal, aided and abetted by either ‘who ate the pies’ Ashley or Jellyfish Jags)
With that in mind, I’m hoping teams in relegation contention with us (i.e. Palace, Swansea, West Ham, Stoke, Huddersfield, West Brom, Brighton and Bournemouth) fare similarly badly.

Don't worry mate. Dwight Gayle will always have a special place in our hearts for netting in that epic Crystal Palace 3 RS 3. Even after three years or whatever it is, that pic of Rat Boy crying with his shirt pulled over his face still makes me smile.

Although I usually take what you say with a pinch of salt, I actually agree here. This will be difficult.

We've shown how resilient we can be defensively, now we need to show our attacking impetus again. our next game after this is Monday so there's a decent little break for rest, so there's not too much of a reason to bench our key players.

Swansea at home will be an easier game for us, so I want to see have our 100% strongest lineup out there. no reason to hold back really, from what I can see.
