I'm pretty much Nev's biggest fan but he wouldn't win even if he was on it. A goalkeeper isn't the sexist position and people remember goals. An example would be Laudrup would be the greatest player for Denmark despite them being reliant on Schmeichel for winning them euro 92.

That all said absolutely sickening he isn't on the shortlist to be discussed before they give it to Bale.
