Fascinating hour with Big Dunc here. Forest Green are such an interesting club. Owner and Manager sitting down with the fans, open mic, and just sharing opinions etc. Hardly any criticism of Dunc, and some fascinating answers. Talks about his relationship with Carlo as well - they went on holiday together last year!

Just shows how hard it is for teams like us and villa to compete. You think you assemble a good squad but if you don't get the instant uplift that take you into Europe etc. those players start to lose interest, you are paying a wages so they are hard to shift, can't buy new ones to replace at same or better quality and it is a downward spiral thereafter.
The top clubs that have huge incomes must be laughing their tits off how they've managed to monopolise the league.

Surprisingly eye-watering wages. I guessed he would be 100k+ as he was earning that much here, but that is getting on for what you should be paying 3 players. Unless you have the big commercial deals I can't see how they can afford that so they'd better hope Emery comes up with the goods.
