Irvine had a great reputation when he was working with our youngsters as manager of our Academy , he was considered innovative at the time. He didn’t make much impact managing clubs though.
I spotted this post about Brian Moogan who played in our Youths team in the Rooney Youth Cup final, at lead5 I’m assuming it’s the same Brian Moogan!
…that’s him, good player.
His cousin, Alan, was a bit more high-profile in our Academy playing in the same England Schoolboy team as Michael Schumacher. The two of them, along with John Welch were in the same year at Cardinal Heenan and played for England U15, some achievement.
I read the original as Stephen , brain does autocorrect….oops, Stephen Schumacher.

Completely disrespected at Goodison - his skills are so subtle it takes a football professor like Benitez to fully appreciate them.King Solomon scored for Pachuca.
I'd actually prefer him to Dom at the moment.Completely disrespected at Goodison - his skills are so subtle it takes a football professor like Benitez to fully appreciate them.
