I honestly don't get why Shandy dislikes us. He came here, he couldn't hack the temptations of town (booze, beak and girls who aren't his missus) and now slates us for his career turning to sludge. We tried to move him on several times too and he refused to go. We paid him very well for four years without him giving anything back on the pitch.

Given that we must have a stack of evidence to suggest he was self destructive, i'd think there was a strong case to sue for defamation if the club there.

What's his fascination with wanting to play in the Italian league? Is it because the defenders are utter garbo in it or what? It seems pretty weird for a player like him.

Played at walking speed so insta photos look better as you don’t sweat as much.

AVD was a bit of tool but can't totally hate the guy. He did provide that wonderful cross for Gosling in the FA Cup against them.
