Heath has been suspended for Sunday's game against Sporting Kansas City by MLS after entering the field of play against the New York Red Bulls Friday night.

Orlando City Head Coach Adrian Heath has been suspended by the Major League Soccer Disciplinary Committee for entering the field of play last Friday night as the Lions played theNew York Red Bulls at Camping World Stadium.

During the team's 1-1 draw with the Red Bulls, Heath stepped onto the field during the 54th minute to throw a ball back. The action violated the league's policy of personnel not actively in the game stepping onto the field of play. It's the second time Heath has been suspended in his two seasons as an MLS coach. Last year he was suspended following the Lions' 2-0 home loss to the Red Bulls when he was sent off after disagreeing with a referee decision to send off striker Cyle Larin. The red card for Larin was later overturned.

It's the second time someone with Orlando City has been suspended for entering the field of play this season. Last month, midfielder Antonio Nocerino was suspended a game for entering the field of play following Kevin Molino's go-ahead goal in stoppage time against the New England Revolution. Nocerino ran out to celebrate with his teammates and was subsequently suspended for the following game in New York against the Red Bulls.

Heath isn't the first coach to be hit with such a suspension by the league, as MLS levied a similarly nit-picky suspension against D.C. United Head Coach Ben Olsen last month.

Assistant Coach Mark Watson will take over Heath's game day duties when the Lions travel to Kansas City for Sunday's clash with Sporting Kansas City.

Poor Inchy he's not aging well he now resembles a Japanese sniper.

I really hate to use the Daily Mail as a source for any kind of information, but this article on Mike Trebilcock is interesting. Had no idea he was living in the Northern Territory; http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...-years-brace-against-Sheffield-Wednesday.html

When he left Torquay he came to play in Weymouth, where I was born and played for "The Terras " for the best part of a season, he came with a reputation but as he says In the interview he was nearing the end of his career. He didn't really set the world alight at non league level he scored the odd goal or two but that was about it. At the time we had a player called Alan Beer now he was prolific and eventually went to Exeter . Beer was close to being called up to the full Welsh squad.

Trebilcock worked for a while as a driver for a potato merchants called Drakes in Weymouth it was where my sister worked.
Weymouths manager at the time was a player called Graham Williams previously of West Brom where he was captain when they lifted the FA cup

Interesting info for a bore like me. I enjoy the non league natter. I was a bit miffed to see that it was the 1968 Graham Williams.

Non league is the bedrock of football yet it's on the bones of its ...

Over the years Weymouth made huge sums from finding and developing players who went on to play at a much higher levels.

Here's a flavour of some who have played for Weymouth and we sold for quite good sums . Steve Claridge, Granham Roberts, Tony Agana, Andy Townsend, Shaun Teale to name some but see if you recognise this name Richard Evans.

My point is that nowadays it's very rare for any player to progress from nonleague to the league and with it a significant income stream is just about nil.

....I distinctly remember a picture of Graham Williams in my Charles Buchan Christmas annual around 1968 when West Brom beat us in the cup final.

I was 8 at the time couldn't watch the last 5 minutes and cried, hated that Jeff Astle for many a year after.........fast forward a good few years and I'd forgiven him, thought he was funny and a good sport when they used to wheel him on at the end of fantasy football league with Frank Skinner and the talentless other one.
Jeff sadly died 2/3 years ago.

....yep, I was 11 and was at Wembley. It was just one of those days, ironically we'd stuffed the baggies just a few weeks earlier at the Hawthorns. I think Astle was part of the very good squad England had for the 1970 World Cup in Mexico, indeed many felt that group of players were better than those that won the trophy in 1966.

‘It’s nice to be remembered and I don’t mind talking about it, but the most important thing is just to have played for Everton and pulled on the blue shirt, it matters less that I played in an FA Cup final,’ says Trebilcock, an active 71-year-old who plays golf and still likes to kick a football around.

He gets it.

Don't want to rub salt in but Jeff Astle played a year at Weymouth and after Alan Beer, who I talk about earlier, Astle was incredible even though he was on very much on the downside of his career. I don't know if you can recall when on Badeel and Skinner and being talked about as being a window cleaner for it was at Weymouth he started that trade.
As an aside have you made the link yet with Richard Evans?
