His deal runs out summer 2021, I think he will be going on loan again, until the contract runs out, he's on £65k a week, no one in Spain would pay him that outside the top 4 and he has not performed that well on loan to warrent interest from the top 4 in spain.

I think I read the other week that most Spanish clubs are screwed financially due to impact of pandemic.

I imagine we could have negotiated something there and he'd have been the alternative to Gabriel...after a season we sell on.

He had a good month to be fair, got our player of the month award. Barely played since as he got injured shortly afterwards and never managed to get back into the squad.

Totally agree. Think Salisu a very good player. We definitely should have used Sandro to make a bid for him.
