Whoever we appoint we can't be giving them the 5 mil a year contracts

rodgers is a massive cringey bell but tbh i think hed probably be better than 1 of those 1s youd expect to be good but would actually struggle at a club like ours (half of this list)

Whoever we bring in, I would like to see Duncan Ferguson moved out away from the first team. I really don't know what he brings to the table... apart from bad luck... if you believe in that type of thing. The Man has legend status for, from what I can see, for being a thug and scoring against the RS and United. Maybe let David Unsworth be part of that setup instead and allow him to work closer to the first team with the new manager.
