We need a permanent manager now.

Unsworth for a few games or until xmas = players not bothered.
Big Sam until the end of the season = players not bothered.

We can't mess around delaying this hoping Unsworth might get a few wins if he's the man give him the job now or appoint someone else this week.

For me we go all out for Tuchel. Ancelotti would be a dream but highly unlikely with him still being contracted to Bayern until the end of the season.

Out of Unsworth/Dyche/Allerdyce it would have to be Big Sam for me. Not sure where his bad rep comes from but I remember being impressed with his attention to detail for games when going after the England job.
