Biggest worry atm is the dof looks either clueless or at best dodgy - New manager comes in and then we change dof soon, we've got it arse over tit.

Both men should have gone, then get a proper dof who then aids in the manager choice, right now we have a scout recommending his former boss.

Walsh is a funny one. His signings have been quite good, and I am not sure he's really in charge of strategic decision making or closing deals. However the fact he's let that situation go on for 12 months is astonishing.

My hope is we get a competent board, ideally with a proper DOF like Zorc from Dortmund. I'd keep Walsh on as head of scouting though. I do think he can add value.
