Have to differ....I strongly believe the wheels have been in full motion behind the scenes for many weeks, if not months

Targets will have been identified and things will not up quite quickly.....

The speed of the management changed were obvious that plans are in full flow ..... the manager was identified long ago as they could not have a repeat of the unsworth - allardyce debacle
